I'm excited to be participating in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build 2026, supporting affordable housing in the Greater Portland, Maine community. My goal is to raise $500 to help build safe and affordable homes for local families. Every dollar raised goes directly toward building homes and strengthening neighborhoods for those who need it most. Affordable housing is the foundation for healthier families, better educational outcomes for children, and stronger, more connected communities. In the Greater Portland area, where housing costs continue to rise, initiatives like Women Build play an important role in ensuring that everyone has a place to call home. Women Build brings people together to learn new skills, support one another, and take direct action in building a better future. If you’re able to contribute, any amount makes a difference.
